    Crystal strives to maintain six-star service on and off our ships.  Effective November 9, 2020 and until further notice, business hours are temporarily adjusted to:  

    • - Reservations: Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm EST, 9am to 6pm EST on Saturday.
    • - Groups:  Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30 pm EST, closed Saturday.
    • - Direct:  Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm EST, 9am to 6pm EST on Saturday.
    • - Air Department: Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST, closed Saturday

    Note: For guests with a confirmed reservation, please provide your name, voyage number and booking/reservation number (if available) within your email communication or in the email's Subject line. This will enable our team to more effectively facilitate and respond to your inquiries.

  • Onboard Guest Services (Pre- and Post-Cruise)
    For guests with specific questions regarding their Crystal Society milestones, special medical needs such as oxygen or dialysis, using mobility equipment and/or those who have special dietary requests and a host of other questions, please contact our Onboard Guest Services team for the necessary procedures.

    Effective November 9, 2020 and until further notice, business hours are temporarily adjusted as follows: 

    • - Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm (US Pacific Standard Time)
    • - Closed on Saturdays
