Begin with a 15-minute walk from the ship’s pier to the jetty where a 23-seater, 600-horsepower, turbo-charged jet boat will be waiting for you. A safety briefing will advise you on what to expect and how to make the most of your 35-minute, jet boating experience.

Taking the vessel to speeds in excess of 50 knots (57 mph), the skipper will show you a different side of the iconic harbor. See famous landmarks, such as the Chelsea Sugar Refinery built in 1882, and hear engaging commentary. In addition to becoming introduced to waterside Auckland, you will also feel the thrill of the ride. Hang on tight while your vessel throws in some 360 spins, power brakes and other tricks out in the wide-open space of Waitemata Harbour.

Having had the thrilling experience of your jet boat adventure, return to the pier and walk back to your Crystal ship.
